It was Fabrice Muamba's Birthday yesterday, even though he is still in intensive care receiving treatment as a result of his cardiac arrest which he collapsed on the pitch on the 17th of March this year while playing against Tottenham at White Hart Lane. He enjoyed his day with family, his fiancee Shauna Magunda and their three year old son. He was presented with a get well soon cake which was baked by The London Cake Company.
