MEET THE"NEW BEYHANNA": RITA ORA

Is it just me or does Rita Ora look like both Rihanna and Beyonce, my nickname for her is Beyhanna. Anyway this young sexy girl is Jay Z's newest sign up (Jay sef like fine fine women). As I was saying, to know more about this sexy young girl read on.

You might not have heard of her yet, but by this time next year we'll all be listening to Rita Ora.
She's signed to Jay-Z's Roc Nation, the same label as Rihanna... and although she claims to primarily influenced by Gwen Stefani when it comes to fashion, she is very much in the mould of the Barbados-born superstar in this sexy video shoot.
Rita has been generating buzz on the internet for the past year with her catchy tunes, and on May 6, she'll be releasing the single R.I.P with the powerhouse that is English rapper, Tinie Tempah.

The British-raised beauty, 21 ,was born in the area of the former Yugoslavia now known as Kosovo but moved to the United Kingdom before she was one, where she lived in West London.
Hers is quite the rags to riches story.
After a few false starts, the youngster was singing in a London bar when an A&R spotted her and told Roc Nation that Ora was a good bet.
Just a few days after that, Ora flew out to New York and met Jay-Z.

She has been recording her first studio album for two years and Will.I.Am, Ester Dean, Drake, The-Dream, Kanye West and Stargate have all contributed.
Ora said of her album: 'It definitely has pop in it, but you can hear influences of jazz in there, you can hear influences of Monica and Aaliyah, and then you can hear Gwen Stefani.'

Ora credits Gwen Stefani as her idol and biggest influence, she's also been inspired by the late Aaliyah, Christina Aguilera, Brandy, Monica, Beyonce and Madonna.
For fashion inspirations, Ora also cites Gwen Stefani as her most influential style icon. In addition to Stefani, Ora has drawn great inspiration stylistically from Marilyn Monroe and Daphne Guinness.
